My work combines intuitive assessment with structured methodology. I have worked with people, homes, land, and businesses to restore energetic balance in a calm, respectful and professional manner.

My goal is simple:

To help people feel at peace and in their own spaces.

My History

For nearly 2 decades I have worked with energy and different modalities which promote healing, harmony and balance.

Since a child, I was called a "sensitive". I absorbed people’s energy. Mirroring them. Initially without the understanding of how to protect and balance my own energy. For many years, I intuitively felt when a person was dying, and often knowing the last time I would see them. It wasn't until my 30's that I found a label that fit these experiences, as being an “empath". A person with elevated sensitivity, and feeling energies within.

My 40's brought me to researching, practicing, and completing many courses about balancing and clearing energies. Mainly, so I personally, could live more harmoniously. The insights and education brought me to many certifications in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, Reiki and other modalities. Completion of my Master Reiki certification in 2019 has allowed me to help over 100 people recalibrate and balance their energy centers. And with that, I strengthened my psychic and mediumship abilities. Often giving clients messages guides, Angels, and passed loved ones. Also practicing the clearing of space after every session, brought me to the understanding of the importance of clearing people's homes, businesses, land and buildings. Through which the balancing and harmonizing energies, creates equilibrium for optimum life flow.

Now in my 50’s I continue to help individuals, couples, families, pets and spaces find harmony and balance for an optimal life experience.
